The Palm Springs art culture is incredibly unique in its way. Either if you are a local or just visiting, you have many options available to you. With Palm Springs, California, being so sunny and great weather the majority of the year, this is a great place to let the creative mind create some cool artwork that many people can enjoy. The art culture in Palm Springs is in a modern oasis in its little world. It doesn’t matter what time of the year; there is always some event that allows so much art to come through the Coachella Valley.

Palm Springs Art Museum is located in Palm Springs, California, and has a branch location in Palm Desert, CA.  The museum is near downtown, where every Thursday Night VillageFest is popping where you can catch some local artists and traveling artist displaying their Artwork.  Even tho the Palm Springs art museum is small; it packs a big punch. An electric collection of art, a beautiful sculpture garden with lovely café. The staff is amicable and an elegant gift shop as well. The museum was founded in 1938. If you’re an art lover, then you will love this place.  Probably spend some peaceful time studying all the international modern and contemporary paintings and sculptures by such artists as Henry Moore, Barbara Hepworth, Robert Motherwell, Helen Frankenthaler, Duane Hanson, John Chamberlin, Anselm Keifer, and Anthony Gormley and many more.

Backstreet Art District is on Cherokee way in palm springs, California, where a dozen artists who own their galleries and studios feature exciting collections. All original contemporary art. Artists are nationally and internally recognized artists. You get to interact and have the experience of interacting with working artists. First Wednesday of every month the Art Walk is from 5-8 pm

Agua Caliente Cultural Museum is a culture and History Museum located in palm springs. It is focused on the Cahuilla people of the Coachella Valley.
